All the services offered in our terminal are part of the logistics chain. Katoen Natie Terminal TCP offers specific value-added logistics services:
- Consolidation and deconsolidation of containers.
- Labelling
- Re-packaging
- Semi- industrial processes
Each transit container requires an average of 210 man hours of labor.
3.1% of transit containers demand logistics services; this generates approximately 26.000 jobs.
Every 9 containers receiving services in Montevideo generate two jobs: one direct and one indirect.
Each container in transit receives services in Uruguay for an average value added of US$ 2.500.
